I truly enjoyed my stay at Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa. The Deluxe Double or Twin Room I booked was spacious and allowed for a good night's sleep after exploring Hanoi. I especially loved the big picture window that let in natural light and provided a glimpse of the bustling street below. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading my room to one with a balcony, enhancing my experience significantly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to recharge after long days of sightseeing. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of Beer Street, ensuring I was in the middle of all the exciting nightlife and countless dining options. while the sounds of the street added to the vibrancy, some noise seeped through the window at night, though I managed to sleep through it most of the time. I also missed having breakfast available at the hotel, but discovered amazing street food options just steps away. The shower had great water pressure, which was a refreshing perk after a day out.

The taxi service from the airport was overcharged!!! Next time, I’d prefer being informed about alternative, cheaper transport options instead of feeling pressured to accept inflated prices. Improve clear communication about transactions!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa! The spacious and meticulously clean room provided a calming retreat after exploring bustling Hanoi. With fantastic service, the staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. I particularly appreciated the convenient luggage storage and laundry service that made my travels easier. Plus, the unique outdoor shower on the ground floor was a refreshing treat whenever I returned exhausted from sightseeing.

My only minor complaint was the noise from the street that occasionally seeped through my room window, but it was manageable with earplugs. Though breakfast was no longer offered, I quickly discovered delicious street food options nearby that more than satisfied my morning cravings.

The room was spotless and the hot shower had amazing pressure, which was a lovely touch after a long day. I also enjoyed the relaxing massage and the sun terrace, perfect for unwinding. The only downside was a little noise from the street at night, but it didn't spoil the overall vibe. 🌟

We stayed in a spacious Junior Suite with a balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings. The helpful staff made us feel right at home, especially during our late-night chats! One night, we found an awesome local spot nearby serving street food that we fell in love with. The only little issue was some street noise at night, but it didn’t ruin our time.
